Courtney Filippi


Background

Courtney graduated from the University of Virginia (UVA) with highest distinction in Cognitive Science. While at UVA, she worked as a research assistant in Judy DeLoache’s lab and completed her senior honors thesis with Rachel Keen. As an undergrad, she also completed two independent projects with Dr. Jane Clark. Both projects focused on motor development and derived from an interest in the mirror neuron system. Courtney is now working with Amanda Woodward as a doctoral student in Developmental Psychology.
