Doctoral student in Developmental Psychology
Background
Ashley is a doctoral student in the Developmental Psychology program. She graduated from Middlebury College with a degree in Psychology and English & American Literatures in 2016. Prior to starting her graduate studies, she was a research assistant at Northwestern University, where she worked with Viorica Marian at the Bilingualism and Psycholinguistics Research Group.
Research Interests
Ashley is interested in language development in children, and the different factors that impact learning outcomes. She is currently exploring parent-child communication and its effects on child language learning.
