Background

Pablo is a doctoral student in the Cognition program working with Howard Nusbaum. He received his B.A. in Linguistics and B.A. in Neuroscience from the University of Chicago in the spring of 2019.

Research Interests

Pablo is interested in the paralinguistics of first impressions and how societal and cultural norms and biases can affect the way in which individuals and groups interpret the meanings conveyed by the words of others.
