William is a postdoctoral scholar in the Awh Vogel Lab, using computational modeling and neuroimaging methods to examine how perceptual and cognitive mechanisms shape how we remember visual information, and what gives rise to the sharp capacity limits of visual working memory. William is also a passionate advocate for reforms to science and academia – he serves on the steering committee of ReproducibiliTea, contributes to the Framework for Open Reproducible Research Training, has been involved in Open Science initiatives at multiple conference meetings, and more.
