
Background
Radhika is a postdoctoral scholar working with Alex Shaw. She received her B.S. in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan and M.S. in Psychology at Cornell University. In 2025, she received her PhD in Psychology and in Business from the University of Chicago.
Research Interests
Radhika is interested developmental judgment and decision-making (DJDM), examining ways in which children depart from normative or beneficial decisions (e.g., information avoidance, reliance on heuristics). Her secondary research program on social group cognition focuses on social markers children use to make sense of the world (e.g., migrant status, gender, colorism).
